The Experian Corporate Headquarters consists of a low-rise office campus that is responsive to its surrounding context. The first phase of the project consists of three mid-rise office buildings totaling approximately 350,000 SF with ancillary parking. Meléndrez was selected as the landscape architect to design a courtyard and the amenities that would link the buildings together, while providing occupants with a sense of place.

The buildings, including the main lobby and conference center, are organized around a landscaped courtyard and are connected through a system of arcades and canopy structures, providing weather protection to the campus population. The courtyard includes a major water feature, lush planting areas, enriched paving, shade trees, and benches. The project features a generous landscaped setback along Anton Boulevard with an automobile drop-off area located at the main lobby. The parking areas, including surface lots and parking structure, are accessed through a main loop road that serves to organize and provide orientation.

Building and site have been successfully unified, providing a prominent headquarters address for this global corporation.
